Appointment Cancellation Policy
I am sure you appriciate that every appointment made is an allocated time slot just for your dog. This is why I ask you arrive promptly for your appointment and to collect your dog.

I also ask that you give me at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel your appointment. A charge of £20 will be made if a cancellation notice is not given.

A standard groom will include...
Bathing, Conditioning if coat requires Hand drying

A Full groom will also inclide...
Ear clean and pluck if required Eye clean Nail clipping Emphasis is always given to the dogs being as stress free as possible, for that reason I only groom one dog at a time.
